When the journey ends, that's when the real work begins

Plants often communicate with us in symbolic and ambiguous ways, so sometimes understanding the messages that come from Ceremony or sessions with psychedelics can be difficult. During a journey with psychedelics, your most sensitive parts and therefore your deepest traumas are often touched. The Ceremony or session itself is a moment of insight, a moment of deep cleansing, but the real work begins when the journey is over. Working with psychedelics is becoming more and more popular around the world, often Medicine Plants are given in the circumstances of a party, or as a way to so-called "get away." These Sacred Plants are Great Teachers, and the quality of your journey always depends on the source of the Medicine, the circumstances, the facilitation and proper preparation (set & setting). All this is extremely important and has a significant impact on the quality and course of your experience. Taken under inappropriate conditions, psychedelic trips can traumatize, lead to anxiety and even psychotic states - in such situations you should always go to a psychotherapist.

Regardless of what your trip was and how you feel after it, from the point of view of the Holy Plants, there is no such thing as a "bad trip" (bad trip), every journey is an important experience, but for the difficult one, especially necessary (and absolutely crucial) is the integration of the OP. Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish which vision was a metaphor or symbol, and which was a literal image or event. Therefore, it is valuable if you are accompanied in the integration by a therapist or other specialist who has experience working with psychedelics and understands their specifics.
